Innovaccer Analytics Private Limited is seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Scientist to join our team in Noida, Delhi NCR. In this pivotal role, you will leverage your expertise in healthcare data to develop advanced algorithms for personalized patient treatment plans, based on clinical and behavioral histories. You will be instrumental in defining and building the next generation of predictive analytics tools within the healthcare industry.

A Day in the Life:

• Collaborate closely with Healthcare Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to understand intricate business and data requirements, translating them into detailed technical specifications for data integration and analytics.
• Conduct thorough data discovery, analysis, and profiling of source system data, and perform logical mapping of this data into target data warehouse models, aligning with current business processes and reporting needs.
• Perform quantitative analysis on diverse datasets from payers (e.g., claims, attribution), providers, and other third-party sources (databases, CSV, XML) to identify actionable business insights, which will be delivered through models, reports, and visualizations.
• Manage incoming data, validate its integrity and usability, map it to platform specifications, and conduct rigorous verification.
• Create clear, easy-to-understand analytical reports tailored for our US healthcare clients.
• Partner with key stakeholders to optimize the utilization of data and analytics for informed business decisions and improved operations.
• Gain a deep understanding of decision-making processes, workflows, and the business and information needs of our analytics teams.
• Familiarize yourself with Innovaccer's data warehousing concepts and provide recommendations on best practices for data collection, analysis, and visualization using technological solutions.
• Proactively mine data warehouses to detect emerging trends and patterns, generating valuable insights for delivery teams and customers.

What You Need to Succeed:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in an analytics role within a data services or product firm.
• Proven prior experience in data discovery, analysis, and profiling across various data sources such as CSV, XML, etc.
• Strong data modeling abilities, with a solid understanding of different data modeling concepts.
• Proficiency in SQL and scripting languages including Groovy, JavaScript, and Python.
• Hands-on experience with Python libraries such as NumPy, SciPy, and Scikit-Learn.
• Practical experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools, with a preference for Power BI, Tableau, or Sisense.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience in building statistical models and understanding of model selection for optimal data fit.
• A self-starter mindset, characterized by curiosity, accountability, a comfort with autonomy, a strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-intensity startup environment.
• Extensive experience in clearly and concisely communicating technical and non-technical information.
• Demonstrated expert problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
• Exceptional multitasking skills and the capacity to manage multiple high-priority customer engagements simultaneously.
• The ability to assess complex client environments and workflows and devise integration solutions that ensure a seamless experience between our platform and theirs.
• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science. An advanced degree in a related field is a significant plus.
