Role Overview: LTM is seeking an experienced Senior Java Spring Boot Engineer with strong Google Cloud Platform (GCP) experience. Ideally suited for a healthcare domain background, this role involves designing and developing secure, scalable, cloud-native healthcare applications leveraging Google Vertex AI to improve delivery speed and code quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade backend services using Java Spring Boot REST APIs and microservices architecture.
• Build and deploy cloud-native applications on GCP utilizing Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub, Cloud Storage, and managed databases.
• Integrate Google Vertex AI capabilities including generative AI model endpoints, prompt-based workflows, and intelligent automation for healthcare use cases.
• Apply responsible AI practices to accelerate development while ensuring code quality, security, and maintainability (often referred to as 'vibe coding' with validation).
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product owners, architects, business analysts, QA, DevOps, and healthcare stakeholders to translate clinical requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare data privacy regulations including PHI/PII protection and HIPAA-aligned controls.
• Participate in code reviews, unit/integration testing, CI/CD automation, performance tuning, production support, and incident resolution.
• Contribute to architecture discussions, reusable frameworks, technical documentation, and engineering best practices.
