Solutions Engineer

As a Solutions Engineer - I at Botsync, you will lead live AMR demonstrations across India and Southeast Asia, bridging the gap between our Bengaluru demo fleet and customer sites. Your role involves commissioning, running, and troubleshooting demos that convert prospects into customers. Key responsibilities include:

• Demo Execution: Travel to customer plants and warehouses (1-3 demos/month) to set up and present live AMR demonstrations, explaining payload, navigation, safety, and charging to plant managers and operations teams.
• Technical Commissioning: Unpack, map, and configure MAG-series AMRs on unfamiliar floors within a single shift, including network setup, waypoint routing, and syncOS software alignment.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve site-specific issues like reflective surfaces, poor WiFi, uneven docking, or route disruptions without escalating.
• Fleet Management: Ensure demo fleet readiness with batteries, chargers, spares, and calibration records, flagging units needing refurbishment.
• Pre-Sales Collaboration: Work with sales teams to define demo scope (cycle time, payload, route, or integration) and document outcomes in structured reports.
• Asset & Logistics: Coordinate freight, customs, and site access for cross-border shipments, maintaining detailed asset logs.
• Technical Reporting: Log recurring issues with photos, logs, and reproduction steps to support engineering teams.

Your ideal candidate has 1-3 years of experience in robotics, industrial automation, or system integration, with hands-on skills in commissioning AMRs, syncOS, and field troubleshooting. Strong communication, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills are essential, along with a willingness to travel extensively and work in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
