About the Role

We are seeking a hands-on Solutions Developer to join our small, high-performing team. The majority of your time will be spent writing React and TypeScript to build custom components for our PPM product on Microsoft Power Platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain complex React/TypeScript interfaces from spec through release.

Develop custom controls using the Power Apps Component Framework (PCF).

Own code quality: write tested code, commit daily, and actively review pull requests.

Utilize established DevOps processes including Git branching, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployments.

Leverage AI development tooling effectively for coding, testing, and documentation.

Diagnose defects, reproduce issues, and research new technologies to prototype solutions.

Required Skills

React & TypeScript: Solid production experience building data-dense user interfaces is the core of this role.
AI-Assisted Development: Real working fluency with AI coding assistants. You must demonstrate how you verify outputs and manage limitations; casual use is not sufficient.
DevOps Process: Comfortable within Git workflows, pull requests, and CI/CD pipelines.
Power Platform Foundation: Working knowledge of Dataverse and model-driven Power Apps, with hands-on PCF experience or a proven ability to master new frameworks quickly.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• SQL querying and relational data modeling.
• Dynamics 365 / C# (.NET) plugin development against Dataverse.
• M (Power Query), REST, OData integration skills.
• Microsoft PL-400 certification or equivalent experience.
