About the Role
Collaborate with sales leadership to understand customer requirements and enable technical solutions deployment based on their needs. Develop an in-depth understanding of Ema's technology and underlying architectures. Deliver compelling product demonstrations tailored to specific customer needs, showcasing key features and benefits.
- Work closely with customers to execute successful PoCs demonstrating feasibility and value.
- Act as a Trusted Advisor to key stakeholders focusing on achieving desired Business Outcomes.
- Collaborate to design and architect solutions aligning with business goals for seamless integration.
Mission
Drive project teams towards common goals of accelerating adoption. Demonstrate value throughout the engagement from demo through implementation. Help take Ema's solution from POC to production by understanding customer cloud/on-prem environments and unique needs. Work with engineering to translate customer needs into deployable solutions.
Tech Support & Documentation
Create repeatable processes and maintain technical documentation including solution architectures, integration guides, and best practices.
