Role Overview

JPMorganChase is seeking a dynamic Solutions Analyst to support the evolution of core information systems. In this role, you will collaborate directly with business users to define requirements, design custom objects, workflows, and reports within Salesforce, and drive system improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and optimize critical data warehouses, CRM (Salesforce), ERP, and financial systems.
• Engage cross-functional stakeholders to document functional needs, develop new reporting capabilities, and implement process enhancements.
• Design, build, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions including custom objects, fields, page layouts, views, workflows, Process Builder, Flow, and security configurations.
• Troubleshoot end-user issues and ensure seamless integration between Salesforce interfaces, reporting tools, and financial systems.
• Manage complex data integrity operations, imports/exports, and CI/CD pipelines using Data Loader and third-party providers.
• Administer security settings (profiles, permission sets, sharing rules) and support large-scale instances serving 400+ internal users and 10,000+ platform users across Sales, Marketing, Service, and Internal functions.
