Solutions Analyst

Fastenal, a leading Fortune 500 provider of industrial and construction supplies, is seeking a full-time Solutions Analyst in Fayetteville, AR. This role is integral to our Automated Supply Technology programs, requiring a strong focus on data analysis, reporting, and close collaboration with our IT department to support critical projects. You will be instrumental in gathering and analyzing data to inform business decisions, providing regular project progress updates to stakeholders, and defining business process requirements. Your expertise will guide the development of our FAST Solutions applications, and you'll be responsible for creating and maintaining essential technical documentation for the program.
