What You Will Do
- Achieve overall revenue goals by providing expert solution advisory to HR organizations in India.
- Develop a comprehensive territory business plan to generate at least 4x quota in pipeline opportunity.
- Identify and qualify opportunities, and drive sales strategy.
- Develop compelling opportunity plans with value propositions for SuccessFactors, including services, for potential customers and prospects in India.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and support account planning sessions for pipeline generation.
- Cultivate and nurture executive relationships (CHRO, CIO, CFO, etc.), acting as a coordinator to engage other SAP executives for added customer value.
What You Bring
- 5 to 10 years of experience selling business software and/or IT solutions to Corporate, Midmarket, and SMB verticals in the North/NCR Region of India.
- Proven experience selling into Net New accounts within the assigned territory.
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager and team to develop and execute programs that drive pipeline and close deals.
- Work with the Regional Virtual Account Team (VAT) to educate target accounts on the solution set and conduct account planning for strategic deals.
- Identify and manage sales cycles based on opportunities as directed by the Regional Sales Lead.
- Engage with the VAT team on sales campaigns.
- Lead initiatives to establish, develop, and expand market share and revenue attainment within India.
- Achieve various sales objectives related to securing new business opportunities in India.
- Partner effectively with channel partners to maximize value for assigned accounts.
- Adhere to sales best practices to secure repeatable and expansion opportunities across India.
- Demonstrated experience selling to C-level executives (CXOs).
- Experience in indirect selling motions, demand generation campaigns, and marketing-led initiatives to enhance overall opportunity pipeline.

The Solution Sales Executive's primary responsibilities include prospecting, qualifying, selling, and closing new business with both existing and net new customers. You will bring a strong Point of View to customer engagements, leveraging all available resources to solve customer problems with appropriate SAP products, with a focus on HR Digitization. You will be accountable for Account and Customer Relationship Management, as well as Sales and Software License and Cloud Subscription Revenue for the SuccessFactors/HCM Portfolio.
