Solution Engineer - Pune, India

Responsibilities
- Lead all technical aspects of client implementations, encompassing requirements gathering, workflow construction, user interface development, security profile setup, report generation, and user training and demonstrations.
- Proactively manage and resolve customer issues.
- Contribute to the development of innovative solutions within a rapidly evolving technological landscape.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues, offering support and sharing expertise.
- Thrive in both independent and team-based work environments, contributing meaningfully to multifaceted technology projects.
- Provide essential support for delivery and implementation services.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in coding across any programming language, with experience in building basic to moderately advanced programs. A solid grasp of programming fundamentals is crucial, even with our low-code platform.
- Adept at working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high degree of autonomy.
- Ownership of projects from conception through to successful completion.
- Strong analytical skills to quickly understand and translate business requirements and expectations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail and robust organizational capabilities.
- Experience with relational databases, including designing database schemas and working with multiple tables.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Preferred Skills
- 2 to 4 years of experience in application support or software implementation.
- Previous experience with system integrations.
- Familiarity with Business Process Automation/Management tools.
- Exposure to Liquid templating language.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general documentation.
- Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects concurrently.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related field is preferred.
