The Role

This position requires a foundational understanding of coding principles, demonstrated through the creation of at least one program. While the Onit platform is largely low-code, a grasp of programming fundamentals is essential for success. You should be comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This role involves taking ownership of projects from conception to completion, providing support to colleagues, and collaborating effectively in both individual and team settings within a complex technology landscape. You will also be involved in supporting delivery and implementation services.

Mandatory Skills

• Experience with relational databases, including schema design and multi-table management.
• Fundamental knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• General understanding of programming fundamentals.
• Proven ability to rapidly comprehend business requirements and expectations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities.

Desired Skills

• 2-4 years of experience in application support or software implementation is preferred.
• Experience with system integrations is advantageous.
• Prior experience with Business Process Automation/Management tools is a plus.
• Familiarity with Liquid templating language is a bonus.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and general documentation.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects concurrently.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related field is preferred.
