Solution Engineer I

As a Solution Engineer I at Onit India in Pune, you will play a crucial role in delivering cutting-edge legal tech solutions. While our platform is primarily low-code, a foundational understanding of programming principles is essential. You will thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, taking ownership of projects from conception to completion with minimal supervision. Collaboration is key, and you'll be expected to assist colleagues and contribute effectively both individually and as part of a team within a multifaceted technology landscape. Support for delivery and implementation services will also be part of your responsibilities.

Mandatory Skills:

• Experience with relational databases, including designing schemas and working with multiple tables.
• Basic proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• A solid general understanding of programming fundamentals.
• Proven ability to rapidly grasp business requirements and expectations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.

Desired Skills:

• 2-4 years of experience in application support or software implementation is preferred.
• Prior experience with integrations is advantageous.
• Experience with Business Process Automation/Management tools is a plus.
• Familiarity with Liquid templating language is a benefit.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and general documentation.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related field is preferred.
