Key Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive manual regression tests across various software modules.
- Lead ad-hoc testing and debugging initiatives within the software department.
- Perform exploratory testing against defect reports, new features, and bug fixes to identify potential issues early.
- Triage defect reports effectively and collaborate with engineering teams on resolution strategies.
- Develop custom scripts to aid in testing specific features like PTT (Push-to-Talk) and network performance metrics.
- Meticulously record tickets for all detected software defects to track progress and ensure accountability.
- Document software product requirements and design decisions clearly for the team.
