Full Job Description
As a **Software Test Engineer** at Concentrix, you will contribute to delivering high-quality, reliable, and scalable software solutions for ERP and enterprise environments. Your role involves designing and executing comprehensive testing strategies—including functional, interface, performance, security, stability, and compatibility testing—while driving automation and continuous improvement efforts. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing ERP system test plans and test solutions based on product and business requirements.
- Organizing, reviewing, designing, writing, and executing detailed test cases to validate software quality and performance.
- Performing API, interface, stability, performance (using JMeter), security, and compatibility testing.
- Maintaining test data, automated testing tools (Robot Framework, Appium, Playwright), and scripts to enhance efficiency and repeatability.
- Conducting performance testing with a deep understanding of JMeter principles.
- Analyzing, documenting, reporting, and tracking defects to ensure timely resolution.
- Collaborating with cross-functional Agile teams on medium- to large-scale projects.
- Leveraging AI-assisted tools to improve testing efficiency and accuracy.
- Supporting test data construction and AI model validation.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Communications, Electronics, or related field.
- 1+ years of experience in software testing or automated test scripting.
- Proficient in test case design, software testing methods, and tools (Robot Framework, Appium, Postman, JMeter).
- Experience with Python, Java, or JavaScript for scripting/testing.
- Basic database knowledge for data validation support.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and hands-on technical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Fluency in English for global teamwork.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
- Exposure to ERP, supply chain, or data analytics systems.
- Agile experience in large-scale software projects.
