Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Software Test Analyst with 2-6 years of experience in telecommunications testing environments to manage testing activities across the full SDLC. This role is based at EON IT Park, Pune.
About this Role:
You will execute manual and automation testing for web and mobile applications supporting Vodafone's business operations. The position requires strong expertise in test planning, functional/regression/system testing, defect tracking (JIRA/XRAY/Azure DevOps), and collaboration with development teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute end-to-end manual testing for web/mobile apps
- Create comprehensive test plans, cases, and scripts based on business requirements
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing
- Leverage AI/ML tools (Generative AI, Agentic AI) to support automation initiatives
- Collaborate with stakeholders including Product Owners and Business Analysts
- Utilise Selenium, Postman, Playwright, Cypress for test scripting
Requirements:
- 2-6 years experience in software testing within telecom environments
- ISTQB Foundation Certification (or equivalent)
- Strong understanding of SDLC and QA best practices
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Design Automation, Digital Ordering platforms
