About the Job

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Software Developer to join our dynamic team. This full-time, remote position operates on an Indian Standard Time (IST) schedule from 5:30 PM to 1:30 AM. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of web applications, from design and development to maintenance, ensuring high performance, responsiveness, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain robust web applications and software solutions.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including designers, QA engineers, and product managers.
• Write clean, scalable, and efficient code adhering to best practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Actively participate in code reviews and uphold high coding standards.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript and Python.
• Experience with frontend frameworks like React and NextJS.
• Experience with backend frameworks such as Node.js and Django.
• Familiarity with database technologies including MySQL and MongoDB.
• Solid understanding of REST APIs and web services.
• Knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or GCP.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Knowledge of UI/UX principles.
