Software Lead

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Developer (Software Lead) for our Bengaluru office, focusing on Wireless Telecommunications or Networking. This is an ideal opportunity for professionals with 3 to 8 years of experience in LTE/5G NR Layer-1, Layer-2, and Layer-3 protocol software development.

Your Responsibilities

• Drive the development and maintenance of various nodes of 5G NR protocol software within radio access networks.
• Analyze 3GPP features for different subsystems to develop robust solutions for future mobile communication systems.
• Collaborate with global teams in agile Scrum environments to design, implement, and test complex 5G features like MAC Schedulers, RLC, PDCP, GTP-C/GTP-U, etc.
• Provide mentorship to junior developers while ensuring adherence to best coding standards through rigorous code reviews.

Skills & Requirements

Candidate must possess in-depth knowledge of 3GPP specifications (Layer1-3), strong C/C++ skills, and experience with networking protocols like TCP/IP/UDP/SCTP. Proficiency in ORAN split architectures (e.g., Radio protocols) is essential.
