Principal Implementation Consultant - NeoXam

Mission & Main Activities

• Participate in software implementations for leading financial organizations using the NeoXam platform.
• Carry out Datahub/IBOR customization, workflow definition, and optimization.
• Troubleshoot installation issues and resolve implementation problems to client satisfaction within established timeframes.
• Provide best practice guidance leveraging technical expertise and industry experience.
• Coordinate with NeoXam departments to meet responsive client needs.
• Communicate offerings, identify new sales opportunities, and assist in presales initiatives (PoC, presentations).
• Develop product training workshops for clients under Account Manager or Project Director leadership.

Added Responsibilities

• Manage overall design/configuration ensuring adherence to guidelines.
• Analyze client needs, coach teams, and manage project coordination.
• Provide presales consultancy including scripting rule development (Java/C++).

Profile Requirements

We require an Engineering or Business school degree with a minimum of 5 years in Financial software implementation. Strong experience with NeoXam Datahub/IBOR is advantageous.

Technical Skills: Java, C/C++, RDBMS, SQL, ETL techniques.
Domain Knowledge: Bloomberg, Refinitiv feeds; Equities, Fixed Income, Derivatives instruments.
Soft Skills: Independent initiative, proactive team player, fluent in English.
