Software Implementation Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a Software Implementation Executive responsible for the successful implementation, configuration, onboarding, and ongoing support of our software products. You will work closely with clients to understand their requirements, configure and deploy software, train users, resolve issues, and ensure smooth adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Software Implementation: Manage end-to-end implementation for different software products; set up user roles and permissions; conduct system testing before deployment;
• Client Onboarding & Training: Conduct demonstrations, train clients on features and workflows, provide documentation, and assist during initial adoption;
• Software Support: Handle queries, troubleshoot application issues, identify root causes for recurring problems, and ensure customer satisfaction after go-live;
• Coordination & Project Management: Coordinate with Sales, Product, Development, and Support teams; manage multiple implementations simultaneously; track timelines and milestones.

Required Skills

• Experience in software implementation, SaaS onboarding, or application support;
• Strong understanding of business processes and workflows;
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills;
• Outstanding communication and client-handling abilities;
• Ability to configure software based on requirements and maintain detailed documentation.
