Software Engr II

Honeywell is seeking a talented Software Engineer II for its Bengaluru, Karnataka location. This role requires strong expertise in ReactJS and working knowledge of C#. You will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality web applications, ensuring exceptional user experiences. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is key to building scalable and secure solutions that adhere to Honeywell’s rigorous standards.

Key responsibilities include overseeing and reviewing team tasks for effective work execution, managing end-to-end processes and projects for both internal and external clients with a focus on timely and accurate delivery, providing clear instructions to team members, and mentoring junior colleagues to foster their skill development and professional growth.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with 2–4 years of professional software development experience. Strong proficiency in ReactJS, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3 is essential, along with experience in state management libraries like Redux or Context API. Familiarity with RESTful APIs, asynchronous programming, and C#/.NET frameworks for backend integration is required. An understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies is also expected.

In this role, you will develop and maintain responsive, high-performance web applications using ReactJS, implement reusable components and front-end architecture for scalability, and collaborate with UX designers and backend engineers. You will integrate front-end applications with backend services, write clean and efficient code, participate in code reviews and testing, and utilize C# for backend integration as needed.
