About the Role

We are seeking a Backend Engineer (Python) to design and deliver highly scalable, multi-tiered web services. This role requires deep knowledge in application development, databases, and security within an agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Take conceptual ideas from the ground up to build high-impact solutions for our customers.
• Develop clean, highly maintainable code with a strong focus on TDD (Test Driven Development).
• Work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams to solve production issues and improve operational efficiency.
• Evaluate feature requests and coordinate with internal teams to provide robust technical solutions.

Tech Stack

We are looking for strong proficiency in Python (Django, Flask) with experience using MySQL/MongoDB databases on AWS. Familiarity with REST/OAuth/JSON architectures is essential.

Requirements

• 1-6 years of hands-on experience building Python web services and SaaS platforms.
• Mandatory: Start-up background, TDD expertise, CI/CD exposure, and Microservices architecture knowledge.
• Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-engineering stakeholders.
