Software Engineer - Java, Microservices, GEN AI | Bengaluru

About This Role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a talented Software Engineer to play a crucial Technical Lead role in the Enablement Journey within C&SBBT. This position involves leading front-end and back-end design and development efforts. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with US partner teams and must be available to meet delivery timelines.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to low to moderately complex technology initiatives, including installation, upgrades, and deployments.
• Identify opportunities to enhance service quality and availability within the technology domain.
• Design, code, test, debug, and document solutions for projects and programs, including upgrades and deployments.
• Analyze technical assignments and challenges related to low to medium risk deliverables, requiring research and selection of appropriate technologies.
• Present recommendations for issue resolution and escalate as necessary to meet service level agreements.
• Exercise independent judgment and develop expertise in the technology domain, adhering to security and compliance requirements.
• Communicate effectively with technology colleagues, internal partners, and stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of software engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work, training, military experience, or education.

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• At least 2 years of hands-on development experience with Java/J2EE, Spring Framework, Microservices, Spring MVC, Spring Boot, and Private Cloud (PCF), preferably within Agile teams.
• Experience with JavaScript frameworks such as React JS.
• Proficiency in using tools like GIT, Maven/Gradle, and JIRA.
• Hands-on experience with NoSQL databases like MongoDB.
• Experience with Unit, Integration, and Automation Frameworks.
• Proven experience in implementing and reviewing Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs) such as performance optimization, scalability, and reusability.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• This role is specifically for 2023 Pass Outs.
