About the Role

You will join the CX Engineering team at Cisco's Bengaluru office, where we build and operate next-generation AI-empowered platforms for Customer Experience (CX) automation. Our cloud-native, Kubernetes-based infrastructure powers network automation across diverse enterprise environments.

Your Impact as a Software Architect

Design critical components of the CX platform while mentoring development teams on best practices in containerized microservices and hybrid deployments.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect cloud-native microservices using Kubernetes, API gateways (APISIX), and service mesh patterns for large-scale enterprise needs.
• Build Infrastructure-as-Code solutions with Terraform/Ansible to orchestrate multi-hypervisor environments (vSphere, Hyper-V, KVM).
• Leverage prompt engineering and AI-assisted coding tools; integrate LLMs/SLMs/APIs into applications effectively.
• Develop robust CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions with sophisticated workflow orchestration.
• Create Python-based automation frameworks for test orchestration and infrastructure lifecycle management.
