About the Role
Join DTCC's Information Technology group as a Software Engineering Senior Associate. In this role, you will act as a technical expert for critical applications within our global capital markets infrastructure. You will partner with Business System Analysts and Infrastructure teams to design secure solutions that meet client needs while maintaining high standards of governance.
Your Impact
- Plan, document requirements, develop, test, and deploy complex software systems using modern development methodologies.
- Tune application performance on cloud environments (AWS) to ensure reliability and scalability.
- Create unit tests ensuring compliance with functional and non-functional requirements within a CI/CD pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
You will work closely with architects, product managers, and end-users. Your expertise in Java ecosystems and cloud technologies (AWS) will be vital as you research solutions aligned with DTCC standards. You are expected to foster collaboration, coach peers on best practices, and align daily operations with robust risk control processes.
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years of related experience in software development.
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent hands-on experience.
