Software Engineering Senior Analyst

Position Overview

Cigna International Health is launching a strategic initiative to build an advanced Global Healthcare CAPS (Core Administrative Processing Solutions) platform, crucial for scaling health businesses globally. We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer, preferably with expertise in .NET and Mobile App Development, to join our innovation-driven team.

In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain complex software solutions using modern technologies while adhering to agile methodologies. You will play a pivotal part in delivering high-quality SaaS products that impact global healthcare operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and build applications leveraging C#, .NET Core, Entity Framework, or ADO.NET.
• Create robust database interactions using Oracle or SQL Server.
• Develop responsive front-end interfaces with React and/or Angular.
• Contribute to the development of mobile applications using React-Native.
• Spearhead design for SaaS-based products aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate in an Agile environment through active participation in sprints and retrospectives.
• Mentor junior developers and foster team technical growth.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional experience in software development with a focus on C# and .NET Core.
• Deep hands-on knowledge of SQL databases (Oracle/SQL Server), including optimization strategies.
• Demonstrated proficiency in SaaS product lifecycle, from integration to deployment.
• Expertise in modern front-end frameworks like Angular or React; familiarity with React-Native is a strong plus.
• Solid grasp of software architecture and design patterns (e.g., Microservices).
• Proven experience working within Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
• Prior exposure to the health insurance domain is highly valued.
