Software Engineering Lead

As Software Engineering Lead - Data Service at Firmable, you will own the backend services, RESTful APIs, and AI/LLM systems that power our products.

• Architecture & Development: Design secure Python (FastAPI) backends and data models for PostgreSQL, Snowflake, and DynamoDB. Ensure idempotency, caching, rate limiting, and graceful degradation at scale.
• AI/LLM Systems: Build production-ready AI agents with robust eval harnesses, structured outputs, and drift detection using tools like Logfire and Promptfoo.
• Harness Engineering: Develop tool-calling layers (MCP servers), sandboxed execution environments, and replayable traces for agent runtimes.
