You will apply software engineering principles to design, develop, maintain, test, and evaluate computer software that provide business capabilities. Responsibilities include systems life cycle management (analyses, technical requirements, design, coding, testing), researching emerging technologies integration, and developing program logic for new applications.

Key Areas:

• Agile Engineering Best Practices: Stays current on industry trends, coaches others in agile methodologies like Extreme Programming (pair programming, test driven development).
• Project Management: Integrates timelines across projects, identifies resourcing gaps, and evaluates progress.
• Troubleshooting: Conducts deep data reviews to reveal root causes of problems and executes solutions.
• Application Development/Programming: Creatively tests and maintains software applications using various development tools.
• System and Technology Integration: Possesses knowledge for integrating different components into functional business solutions.
