The AI CoE team is actively seeking Gen AI Fullstack Software Engineers to contribute to the development of its AI ecosystem. This role involves the end-to-end design, implementation, and deployment of scalable and efficient AI solutions, with a strong emphasis on privacy, security, and fairness. Key responsibilities include developing user interfaces using Angular and React JS, building robust APIs for extensive platform integration, and managing flexible Machine Learning (ML) and document processing pipelines. The engineer will collaborate closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to define system requirements and deliver effective solutions within an Agile framework, participating in all stages of the development and system support lifecycle.

Primary duties encompass building AI Platforms that leverage Large Language Models (LLMs) and other Generative AI capabilities, alongside providing design solutions for portal integrations, enhancements, and automation initiatives. The ideal candidate is a passionate technologist bringing a fresh perspective to tackle complex functional and technical challenges in a dynamic, team-oriented setting.

Job Responsibilities

• Engage in full-stack development, including triage, design, coding, and implementation.
• Develop enterprise-grade AI solutions with a focus on privacy, security, and fairness.
• Conduct code reviews with scrum teams to ensure readiness for production deployment.
• Research and identify new solutions and methodologies to address diverse and evolving business needs.
• Establish, improve, and maintain proactive monitoring and management of supported assets to ensure performance, availability, security, and capacity.
• Foster and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with delivery partners and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

Education

• A degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field is required.

Experience

• A minimum of 8-11 years of experience is required.
• A total of 8 years of overall professional experience.
• 3 years of experience in Fullstack development (Frontend, Backend, and Cloud).
• 2 years of experience in DevOps.
• 2 years of experience in developing Generative AI solutions and their integration with other systems.

Skills

• Exceptional communication skills and a proven ability to work effectively with diverse technical architects, business users, and IT teams throughout the software development lifecycle.

Front-End Development Skills

• Proficiency in HTML/CSS/JavaScript for web interface development.
• Experience with Front-End Frameworks, specifically React.
• Basic understanding of UI/UX design principles.

Back-End Development Skills

• Proficiency in server-side languages such as Python and Node.js.
• Experience building and consuming RESTful, Flask/FastAPI, and GraphQL APIs.
• Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases, including MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.

DevOps and Cloud Skills

• Experience with containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes/OpenShift.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and practices, specifically using GitHub Actions.
• Understanding of security principles and best practices for data and system protection, including IAM, encryption, and network security.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS for application and AI model deployment and management.

AI and Machine Learning Skills

• Foundational understanding of Machine Learning and Deep Learning algorithms, neural networks, supervised/unsupervised learning, and deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras.
• Knowledge of generative models such as GANs, VAEs, and Transformers.
• Expertise in NLP techniques and libraries (e.g., spaCy, NLTK, Hugging Face Transformers) for text generation.
• Experience deploying models using services like TensorFlow Serving, TorchServe, or cloud-based solutions (e.g., AWS SageMaker, Google AI Platform).
• Understanding and practical application of Prompt Engineering, Finetuning, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).

Additional Skills

• Proficiency with Git and version control workflows.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies, testing, and code review best practices.
