Software Engineer

About the Role:

We are seeking a Software Engineer for our X Delivery team in Gurgaon/Gurugram. You will bridge consulting strategy and technical execution, working directly with case teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that address complex business problems.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather requirements, design architectures, develop code, and support full-lifecycle delivery of client-facing applications.
• Leverage AI frameworks (LangGraph, LangChain) and traditional stacks (.NET Core, Python, React/Angular) to build scalable features for the OrgBuilder product line.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications, ensuring solutions are efficient, secure, and aligned with enterprise standards.

Tech Stack & Requirements

You must be an expert in .NET (Core/Framework), C#, MVC, REST/GraphQL APIs, and modern JavaScript frameworks. Experience with ORM patterns, asynchronous programming quirks, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP) is essential.

Who You Are

• Holding a Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS/IT with 2-4 years of hands-on software engineering experience.
• Eager to own features end-to-end within an Agile Scrum environment alongside DevOps, QA, and Product Managers.
• Passionate about blending AI-led product capabilities with robust backend/frontend development.
