Software Engineer

The role:

We are seeking a talented Software Engineer, Web (Frontend) to join our team in Bengaluru. In this position, you will be part of an agile pod building innovative products that directly impact millions of users globally. You will design and develop high-performance web applications using modern technologies like React, TypeScript, and JavaScript. You'll work closely with product managers and designers to bring features from concept to launch, ensuring smooth operations by addressing development gaps.

What skills & experience do you need:

• Demonstrable strong proficiency in React (required), along with modern JavaScript and TypeScript frameworks.
• Solid understanding of semantic HTML, CSS3, responsive design principles, and cross-browser compatibility standards.
• Proficient use of Git for version control and basic experience with performance optimization techniques like code splitting and lazy loading.
• 1+ year of hands-on frontend development experience, preferably within a dynamic startup environment where you wear multiple hats.
• Motivated by curiosity, strong problem-solving abilities, eagerness to learn new technologies, and desire for career growth.

Bonus:

• Active contributions to open-source projects or impressive personal side projects demonstrating initiative.
• Existing exposure to mobile development frameworks (React Native) or backend technologies like Node.js is highly advantageous.
