Software Engineer

About This Role

We are seeking a UX-focused Software Engineer to build and improve complex internal applications used by technical engineering and product teams. The role focuses on front-end engineering, user-centered design, data-rich workflows, performance optimization, accessibility compliance, and collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance user-facing features for complex web applications used by enterprise users.
• Improve critical workflows involving document creation/editing, dependency management, reporting generation, and interactive data visualization.
• Create intuitive experiences tailored for highly technical users working with large volumes of interconnected data structures.
• Optimize application performance, ensure responsiveness across devices, maintain accessibility standards (WCAG), and enhance overall usability.
• Translate user feedback, support issues, and operational pain points into practical product improvements delivered in rapid iterations.
• Collaborate closely with UX designers, product managers, backend engineers, and program stakeholders to align technical execution with user needs.
• Write clear technical documentation, design proposals, and implementation plans to effectively support distributed engineering teams.
