Revature is a dynamic technology services company focused on building and deploying high-performing engineering talent for leading enterprise clients. We are actively expanding our engineering team and seeking experienced Software Engineers eager to advance their careers while contributing to impactful projects within major organizations. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with client business and technology teams, contribute to real-world software development, and enhance your skills in AI-assisted development.

All new engineers will participate in our comprehensive 4-week AI Foundations program at no cost, designed to refine technical skills and AI fluency prior to client engagement. Successful participants will be selected for our paid training program, preparing them for placement on enterprise client projects upon completion.

What You Will Do:

• Contribute to software development initiatives for enterprise clients.
• Develop clean, maintainable code across the full stack.
• Leverage AI and GenAI tools to boost development speed and code quality.
• Engage directly with client stakeholders to grasp requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Participate actively in code reviews, testing, and documentation processes.
• Collaborate within a team of engineers in a fast-paced, client-centric setting.

What We Are Looking For:

• 3 to 5 years of professional software development experience.
• A strong Java Full Stack background is mandatory; Python experience is a valuable asset.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
• A proactive and independent work ethic.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Flexibility for relocation anywhere in the US; the role is remote initially, with relocation required based on client placement (specific location determined post-hire).

Compensation and Growth:

• Starting compensation of $80,000, increasing to $100,000 upon client placement.
