Software Engineer

Role Overview

We are seeking a hands-on Intelligent Automation Developer (UiPath) for an exciting Proof of Concept project centered on end-to-end automation. You will design and build workflows leveraging the UiPath Platform, integrating RPA, orchestration capabilities, and AI/LLM-powered agentic elements.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement automation workflows using UiPath Studio, Maestro, and Orchestrator.
• Develop end-to-end process automations combining bots, API integrations, and AI agents (e.g., LLM-based).
• Manage state and orchestration of complex processes via Maestro or similar layers.
• Integrate with external systems including SAP, APIs, and internal enterprise services.
• Implement human-in-the-loop checkpoints for validation, approvals, and exception handling.
• Collaborate closely with Business Analysts and Architects to iterate quickly in a POC environment.
• Support testing, deployment activities, and preparation of technical demos.
• Create comprehensive documentation covering workflows, logic, and architecture for future production scaling.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience developing on the UiPath Platform (Studio & Orchestrator).
• Strong understanding of workflow orchestration concepts, including Maestro and BPMN patterns.
• Familiarity with agentic automation and LLM integration patterns is essential.
• Proven ability to connect APIs, web services, and enterprise systems.
• Capability to thrive in fast-paced, iterative Proof-of-Concept settings.
• A strong problem-solving mentality focused on driving business outcomes.

• Experience with UiPath Document Understanding or AI Center modules.
