Worldline is seeking big thinkers passionate about driving positive change in the payments technology industry. As a Team Leader, you will guide developers, ensure code quality, and mentor others while contributing to strategic decisions that shape our global impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Tech Stack: Deep expertise required with .NET Core; ability to disseminate knowledge within the team.
Methodology: Experience in SCRUM, backlog construction, refinement, and sprint planning for accurate work estimation.
Architecture & Quality: Design complex, high-throughput real-time systems ensuring security, performance, resilience (0 downtime). Enforce coding standards via code reviews.
DevOps: Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, and release strategies like canary releases or 4-eyes principles.
Innovation & Leadership: Foster continuous improvement, troubleshoot complex incidents, define API contracts/SOA/Microservices architecture, and automate testing (BDD/TDD).
