About The Opportunity
The Software Engineer, Sustaining Automation role is pivotal in developing and maintaining automation systems that support our container image production. You will contribute to building AI-powered tools and scalable platforms that enhance the reliability of package creation, testing, and image building.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain robust automation platforms for package creation, test generation, and secure image building.
- Build AI-integrated tooling to handle manifest generation, test scaffolding, and validation workflows.
- Create production-quality Go code for CLI tools, services, and various integrations.
- Design customer reliability-focused tools including comprehensive test and validation frameworks.
- Provide technical input to the team's roadmap and strategic planning.
- Collaborate effectively with distributed teams across multiple time zones.
