Software Engineer Senior Consultant...

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer Consultant II to architect and design modern digital products using advanced frameworks and systems at Allstate India.

Primary Responsibilities

• Lead development and production support for the GuideWire Claim Center and Contact Manager product. Expertise in Guidewire is essential.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to define backlogs, plan iterations, and align strategies across cross-product portfolios.
• Serve as a domain expert advocating for multiple technology stacks while coaching teams on paired programming and Test-Driven Development (TDD).
• Drive Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines and ensure robust production support in user environments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred; Guidewire Developer Training at Ace Level required.
• 8 to 10 years of relevant software development experience.
• Strong skills in Software Development, including modern tools and frameworks.
