About the Role
As a Requirements Engineer / Product Owner at HARMAN Automotive, you will transform product strategy and customer needs into clear technical requirements for next-generation automotive solutions. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to drive feature prioritization, end-to-end traceability, and alignment with Agile development practices.
Your Impact
- Translate business objectives into actionable Agile user stories and acceptance criteria for Epic/Features.
- Create product roadmaps by converting market requirements into implementable technical specs.
- Maintain IBM ALM DNG infrastructure, ensuring formal traceability between system, safety, hardware, software, and verification requirements.
- Lead ASPICE assessments, customer audits, and certification activities while monitoring compliance metrics.
Who You Are
You have 5+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Systems Engineering, or Requirements Engineering within automotive/embedded systems. You hold a Bachelor's in Computer/Electrical Engineering and are proficient with tools like IBM DOORS, JIRA, or Azure DevOps.
- Certifications: CSPO, SAFe PO/PM preferred.
- Skills: Defining system-level requirements for hardware/software platforms; excellent communication to drive technical teams.
