About This Role

We are seeking a motivated new graduate Software Engineer to help build, maintain, and optimize full-stack systems that power critical internal workflows and platform capabilities. You will work on developing robust backend services and APIs, crafting high-quality frontend interfaces for both internal teams and end users, optimizing data models and database queries, and collaborating cross-functionally with product, operations, and design teams.

Your Responsibilities

• Design and develop end-to-end full-stack systems supporting critical business workflows.
• Build clean, maintainable backend services and APIs while adopting scalable engineering best practices.
• Create responsive, high-quality frontend interfaces used by internal users and customers.
• Participate in data modeling efforts, including schema design and query performance optimization using PostgreSQL.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate ideas into reliable, production-ready features.
• Elevate engineering quality through rigorous code reviews, testing, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Troubleshoot production issues while gaining expertise in building resilient and observable systems.
