Role Overview

We are seeking a talented Software Developer to join our team as a contract resource. This remote role offers flexibility with 10-40 hours per week commitment, ideal for professionals looking for impactful project-based work.

Your Responsibilities

• Architecture & Development: Design, implement, and maintain scalable back-end and full-stack applications leveraging Python, Rust, GoLang, Java, or Node.js.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that evolve with business needs.
• Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code adhering to best engineering practices.
• Maintenance & Optimization: Troubleshoot bugs, debug issues, and optimize existing codebases for peak performance and reliability.
• Innovation: Participate in technical discussions, architectural planning, and continuous improvement initiatives including CI/CD pipeline management.

Requirements

• Tech Stack Proficiency: Strong experience with one or more of: Python, Rust, GoLang, Java, Node.js. Knowledge of Android/iOS development is a plus.
• System Design: Proven ability to build scalable, reliable, and maintainable software systems.
• Remote Readiness: Demonstrated success in remote, collaborative, and agile environments.
• Tools & Process: Expertise in modern development tools, version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and testing frameworks.
• Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
