Role: Software Engineer

Location: Remote (India)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a talented Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable software systems that underpin our global recruitment advertising infrastructure. You will be an integral part of a cross-functional team, contributing to the delivery of high-quality, production-grade code throughout the entire development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain backend and/or frontend software systems.
• Write clean, well-tested, and documented code that adheres to team standards.
• Actively participate in architecture discussions and contribute to crucial technical decisions.
• Diagnose and resolve production issues with speed and accuracy.
• Collaborate effectively with product, design, and data teams within agile sprint cycles.
• Conduct and engage in code reviews to uphold engineering quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python, Java, Go, or JavaScript.
• Proven experience in building and maintaining scalable, distributed systems.
• A strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design principles.
• Familiarity with major cloud platforms including AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Experience with version control systems like Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a collaborative engineering mindset.
