Software Engineer

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer with expertise in React, Python, and MongoDB to join our dynamic team. As a full-stack engineer, you will design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications that meet business requirements and provide excellent user experiences.

Primary Responsibilities

• Frontend Development: Design intuitive UIs using React/TypeScript, build modular components with Tailwind CSS, manage state with TanStack Query/Zustand, optimize for performance/scalability, and optionally integrate AntDesign.
• Backend Development: Implement RESTful APIs/microservices using Python (FastAPI), ensure secure data transactions, and integrate third-party services.
• Database Management: Design MongoDB schemas, write efficient queries, optimize performance, and maintain integrity/security.
• SDLC & DevOps: Apply best practices across the SDLC lifecycle; collaborate on deployment/monitoring in production environments; ensure seamless CI/CD pipelines for automated testing/deployment.
• Collaboration: Work closely with designers, product managers, and developers to translate requirements into technical solutions; participate in code reviews and team meetings.
• Problem Solving: Debug full-stack issues; identify bottlenecks/performance problems and recommend effective solutions.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 4+ years of professional experience focusing on React, Python, and MongoDB.
• Technical Skills: Version control (Git), FastAPI expertise, NoSQL/MongoDB modeling, RESTful API design/typescript proficiency with Tailwind/Zustand, modern frontend practices (HTML/CSS/JS), SDLC processes/microservice patterns.
• Soft Skills: Analytical/problem-solving abilities, communication/collaboration skills, Agile environment adaptability.

Preferred Qualifications

• Pandas for data manipulation.
• Automated testing and CI/CD tools experience.
• LLM frameworks (e.g., LangChain) knowledge.
• Ant.Design exposure.
• Containerization/cloud platforms (Docker/Kubernetes/AWS/Azure/GCP).
