Software Engineer

About the Role: Join our team as a Software Engineer - Python to build a wide network of stakeholders, hone technical skills, and advance your career. You will engineer and maintain high-performance, secure, and robust customer-centric solutions within a feature team.

Your Responsibilities:

• Produce complex, critical software rapidly with high quality that adds value to the business in Chennai.
• Work on permanent teams responsible for the full life cycle: initial development, enhancement, maintenance, replacement, or decommissioning.
• Collaborate to optimize our software engineering capability across platforms.
• Design, produce, test, and implement working code while liaising with engineers, architects, and business analysts.
• Work across the entire lifecycle: requirements analysis, design, coding, testing, deployment, and operations.

Required Skills & Experience:

• A background in software engineering, design, architecture, with at least 2 years of experience working with Spark, Python, and Scala.
• Solid knowledge of Algorithms and Data Structures.
• Experience using development & testing tools, bug tracking systems (wikis/JIRA), and multiple programming languages or Low Code toolsets.
• Familiarity with DevOps, Testing methodologies, Agile practices, and associated toolsets based in India/Chennai.
• A proven track record of solving highly complex analytical and numerical problems.
