About the Role: Software Engineer (Python, AWS)

Join our team as a Software Engineer and play a key role in developing the Contact Center Copilot solution. You will focus on data integration, utilizing Python and AWS services to efficiently ingest external system data into AWS Bedrock Knowledge Base. Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain robust data pipelines for integrating external systems.
• Develop efficient Python scripts to automate various processes.
• Design and implement serverless solutions using AWS Lambda and API Gateway.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data from Salesforce and SharePoint.
• Support the implementation of Large Language Model (LLM)-based product enhancements.
• Write comprehensive unit tests and contribute to quality assurance efforts.
• Monitor and optimize application performance for efficiency and scalability.
• Troubleshoot and debug application issues to ensure smooth operation.
• Document technical processes, workflows, and system architectures.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AWS and Artificial Intelligence.
• Assist in deployment processes and support Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Adhere to security best practices in code development and system architecture.
• Collaborate with frontend teams to ensure seamless backend integration.
• Actively participate in Agile development methodologies and ceremonies.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions for new feature development and product innovation.
• Take full ownership of assigned tasks and ensure timely delivery of all commitments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2-4 years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in Python programming is essential.
• Basic understanding of core AWS services, including Lambda, API Gateway, and S3.
• Familiarity with AWS Bedrock Knowledge Base or comparable services for knowledge management.
• Exposure to Large Language Models (LLMs) is a significant advantage.
• Experience with API integration with external systems such as Salesforce and SharePoint.
• Knowledge of JavaScript; experience with Angular is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good grasp of software development best practices, including clean code principles and design patterns.
• Familiarity with CI/CD concepts and version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, and communication skills.
• A strong desire to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
• Basic knowledge of Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Commitment to delivering high-quality work with meticulous attention to detail.

Work Model: NICE-FLEX Hybrid

Our NICE-FLEX hybrid model offers maximum flexibility, with 2 days per week in the office and 3 days of remote work. Office days are dedicated to face-to-face collaboration, fostering innovation, generating new ideas, and maintaining a vibrant, interactive company culture.
