Role: Software Engineer

Location: Pune, Maharashtra, India (On-site)

About The Role

We are seeking a talented Software Engineer to build and maintain the software ecosystem for our innovative XR devices. You will work on device-side features, companion applications, content pipelines, and internal systems that power real products used by thousands.

• Build robust software for head-worn computing devices
• Develop features for hardware integration, companion apps, and tooling
• Craft clean, tested code delivering production-ready solutions weekly
• Troubleshoot complex issues across the stack on real user hardware
• Collaborate directly with design, QA, and engineering teams in one building
• Own your modules end-to-end including documentation

We're Looking For:

• 2 to 5 years of professional software development experience
• Strong proficiency in C++, Java/Kotlin, Python, or JavaScript/TypeScript
• Solid Computer Science fundamentals: data structures, debugging, and version control
• A track record of shipping reliable software for real users
• Experience working closely with hardware or a strong willingness to learn quickly

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Android platform development or embedded Linux experience
• Familiarity with Unity, OpenXR, or graphics programming (OpenGL/Vulkan)
• Previous work in the hardware/device manufacturing sector
