About the Role

Join the Website Starter Kit (WSK) team at Principal as a Software Engineer. You will help build secure, accessible, scalable web experiences for teams across the company using reusable foundations and AI-enhanced tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop modern cloud-native solutions on AWS.
Create reusable website templates, patterns, and engineering capabilities.
Drive automation with CI/CD pipelines and GitHub Actions.
Ensure WCAG 2.2 accessibility standards are met throughout development.
Collaborate cross-functionally in Agile environments to accelerate delivery.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (2-4 years preferred).
Expertise in Drupal, HTML/CSS/JS, Node.js, and AWS CDK.
Familiarity with DynamoDB, IAM, OAuth2, and observability tools.
