Software Engineer

NICE is seeking a talented Software Engineer to join our dynamic Public Safety R&D engineering team in Pune, India. You will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and testing software features according to established architectures and requirements. Your responsibilities will include developer-level testing, supporting customers by resolving product issues, and collaborating with various R&D groups. A strong foundation in SQL database design is essential. You will work closely with your team to ensure the quality of all deliverables, troubleshoot complex issues, and take ownership of their resolution. This role requires a passion for delivering innovative solutions in a fast-paced, collaborative, and creative environment. We embrace a hybrid work model (NiCE-FLEX), offering 2 days in the office and 3 days remote work per week, fostering both collaborative innovation and flexible working.
