Software Engineer

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated Software Engineer with expertise in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and automation technologies to join our expanding team in Pune. This role is instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining automated solutions across various business processes, utilizing leading RPA tools and frameworks. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and enhance operational effectiveness through strategic automation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy robust RPA solutions utilizing platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
• Create and execute comprehensive automated test scripts with Selenium WebDriver to ensure end-to-end application quality.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather business requirements and pinpoint opportunities for automation.
• Develop and administer MySQL databases integral to supporting automation workflows.
• Establish and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, facilitating the continuous delivery of automation processes.
• Debug and optimize existing RPA workflows to guarantee optimal performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Maintain detailed documentation for all automation processes and technical assets.
• Monitor production bots, diagnose and resolve issues, and ensure seamless operational continuity.
• Collaborate effectively with developers, testers, and business analysts to deliver high-quality automation solutions that meet business objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field.
• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in RPA development or similar automation-focused roles.
• Demonstrated proficiency in using Selenium WebDriver for automation testing.
• Solid understanding of MySQL for managing and querying data within automation workflows.
• Practical experience with Jenkins or comparable DevOps tools for CI/CD implementation.
• Hands-on experience with at least one major RPA tool: UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
• Proficiency in at least one relevant programming language, such as Python, Java, or C#.
• Familiarity with REST APIs and HTML for integration and web-based automation.
• Exceptional problem-solving capabilities and a meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
