We are hiring Software Engineer Product Builders to own product development from concept to real-world deployment in hospitals. Ideal candidates have either a software engineering education (CS/IT) or healthcare domain experience (nursing, clinical pharmacy, biomedical engineering, hospital IT, or clinical workflows). We bridge gaps—if you have one, we’ll help you build the other.

Your role will span:

• Building a product idea from design to live deployment in hospitals, collaborating directly with doctors, nurses, and hospital teams to iterate based on clinician feedback.
• Developing across a modern SaaS/web stack: UI, APIs, and data—leveraging FHIR R4, multi-tenant architectures, micro-frontends, and AI-native workflows.
• Shipping functional software that runs in real-time within ICUs, operating rooms, and wards.
• Understanding the software development lifecycle and SaaS/web architecture (or willingness to learn quickly).
• Embracing product passion—you care about impact, not just ticket closure.
• Possessing integrity and mental grit to thrive in a 24/7 healthcare environment.

Nice-to-haves: React/TypeScript/Node.js exposure, HL7/FHIR/medical device familiarity, and prior shipped projects (side work counts).

This is a full-time, on-site role in Bengaluru—no remote/hybrid options. Ideal candidates are based in Bengaluru or willing to relocate.
