About The Role

We seek a Software Engineer (Product) who ships fast without compromising quality. You will own features end-to-end supported by senior engineers, learn production AI system behaviors, and see your work reach customers within days.

What You'll Do

• Development: Build scalable backend services, APIs, and AI-powered features using TypeScript/Node.js, Python, AWS/GCP.
• Collaboration: Work closely with senior engineers on code reviews, technical architecture discussions, and cross-functional partnership with Product and Design teams.

Your Responsibilities

• Build and ship features end-to-end from backend to customer-facing interfaces.
• Develop AI-powered workflows including prompt design, evaluation, and LLM reliability systems.
• Create integrations for CRM, scheduling platforms, and communication tools.
• Rapidly fix real customer problems with short feedback loops.
• Write comprehensive tests, add monitoring, and own shipped features post-launch.
• Participate in on-call rotation and incident response to ensure reliability.

Work Environment

This is a hybrid role based in Bengaluru with regular office presence. Some overlap with US hours may be needed for client coordination.

What You'll Bring

• 2+ years of software engineering experience (1 year in startup/growth-stage environment preferred).
• Strong skills in modern JavaScript/TypeScript and Python with backend focus.
• Hands-on cloud expertise using AWS or GCP.
• Experience building RESTful APIs and service-oriented architectures.
• Comfort working with SQL databases at scale.
• Demonstrated track record of fast, high-quality execution in ambiguous environments.
• Self-driven approach to unblocking yourself without hand-holding.

Bonus Points

• Experience with AI/ML, LLMs, or conversational AI systems.
• Background in B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
• Contributions to open source projects.
• Familiarity with Docker and event-driven architectures.
