Software Engineer

The Opportunity: As a Software Engineer on our PDLC Operations team, you will build internal integrations and automations connecting product development with customer-facing teams. Working under an AI-driven lifecycle, you’ll ship faster than ever.

Your Mission:

• Build the capture and classification steps for content from Jira, GitHub, Notion, Figma, Pendo, BigQuery, and Databricks.
• Design a typed, sourced product knowledge repository separating verified facts from internal detail.
• Create role-scoped delivery via our AI harness so Marketing, Sales, Enablement, and Customer teams get launch messaging and help content in tools like Salesforce and Intercom.
• Automate repetitive PDLC work: go-live checklists, release notifications, feature flag triggers, and status roll-ups.
• Prototype quickly with stakeholder feedback to iterate or discard approaches efficiently.
• Extend internal apps built on Replit for capacity planning and delivery health metrics.
• Develop AI-assisted workflows (Claude skills), Slack bots answering questions from the knowledge repository.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Program Management, Analytics, and GTM teams to turn needs into simple tools.

Key Requirements:

• Experience building web apps/APIs in Python or TypeScript/JavaScript.
• Mastery of REST APIs, webhooks, and authentication for third-party tools.
• Solid software engineering fundamentals: testing, debugging, Git-based workflows with code review.
• Hands-on experience with AI coding tools (e.g., Claude Code) to build agent harnesses and automated workflows rapidly.
• A bias toward shipping quick versions without attachment to initial ideas.
• Bias for action: understanding problems before building solutions, clear communication in plain language.

Nice-to-Haves: LLM-assisted classification experience; familiarity with Atlassian/GitHub/Notion APIs or Salesforce/Gainsight/Pendo integrations; MCP servers and SQL data warehouses (BigQuery/Databricks).
