The Role

• Create and deploy scalable systems for our production AI products used at enterprise scale.
• Build, ship, and own full features from design to development to production environments.
• Adopt an AI-first development approach, leveraging tools like ChatGPT or Claude to accelerate delivery and improve code quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable applications, APIs, data flows, and robust system architectures.
• Optimize performance, reliability, and scalability of asynchronous systems including queues, background jobs, and complex workflows.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to deliver high-impact features.

Required Skills

We are looking for engineers who can run production-grade systems:

• Mandatory: Strong proficiency in Node.js and React/Next.js; Solid ES6+ JavaScript knowledge.
• TypeScript experience is highly valued.
• Familiarity with both SQL and NoSQL databases, Redis, and asynchronous programming patterns.
• An 'AI-first' development mindset using modern LLM tools to build better faster.

Preferred Skills

A plus for this role includes:

• Hands-on experience building AI/ML projects or understanding vector embeddings.
• Familiarity with Elasticsearch/OpenSearch and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Strong Git workflow adherence.
